How You Can Help
Volunteer
Share your time and skills to support families and young people in the West Midlands. Whether you speak community languages, have lived experience or simply want to help others, we'd love to hear from you.
Donate
Your financial contribution helps us deliver practical support, English and digital skills sessions, and outreach in HMOs, temporary accommodation and local community venues.
Partner With Us
Organisations, businesses and faith or community groups can work with us to co-design projects, host activities or refer people for support. Together, we can provide better and more joined-up services.
Advocate
Help us raise awareness of the challenges facing families, young people and people in vulnerable situations. Share our updates, invite us to speak at events and amplify our message in your networks.
Volunteer With Us
Volunteers are at the heart of HAV CIC. Whether you can offer a few hours a month or take on a regular role, we have opportunities for you to support our programmes and the people we work with.
Volunteer Opportunities
Program Delivery Volunteers
Support our outreach workers in delivering programmes, co-facilitating workshops or providing mentoring and group support.
Administrative Support
Help with data entry, filing, phone calls, social media scheduling or other office-based tasks that keep our services running smoothly.
Specialist Volunteers
If you have professional skills (for example: legal, HR, counselling, finance, communications or IT), we'd be delighted to explore how you could support our work.
Community Ambassadors
Help us build relationships in your area, share information about HAV CIC, and raise awareness of our programmes and events in your community.
All volunteers will receive:
Comprehensive induction and role-specific training
Ongoing support, supervision and opportunities to give feedback
A DBS check where required (we cover the cost)
A clear volunteer agreement and expectations
References and recognition of your contribution

As a Community Interest Company, all donations go directly to supporting our programs and beneficiaries. Your contribution helps us:
